Transport in Aswan
You can travel to Aswan, the most southern city of Egypt, from different forms. If you are in another destination of the country, we recommend to you to take the train, which runs parallel to the course of the Nile.
You can come to Aswan of different forms:
In ship: Every day, salt several ships from Luxor up to Aswan.
In train: The railroad network of Egypt runs parallel to the Nile and descends up to the city. It is a quite advisable alternative.
In plane: Between Aswan and Cairo there is regular air service. Luxor also is connected by Aswan.
Once there, the best alternative to move there are the buses, although also you can take a taxi.
