Car: Only there are two options if you travel in car: to take the highway bordered by extensive agricultural areas and farms or to take the highway of the desert, which as its name indicates, the desert crosses with only some snack bars and placed places strategically every few kilometers.

Train: Normally, the trains that go out from the station of Midan Ramsés in Cairo are the best way of coming to Alexandria. There are usually trains every hour from six o'clock in the morning until ten o'clock in the night.

Plane: Several tourists come to Egypt across the International Airport of the Cairo. From there, there are cheap and frequent flights to Alexandria.

Bus: It is one of the forms of traveling more commode and sale. There is large number of companies that offer this service.

Ship: For ages, Alexandria has been famous for its port. To travel in ship is a good option to come to this city.
